Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.

Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Helmets that have been worn or show signs of use
- Saddles that have been used or show signs of use
- Items marked Final Sale

How to Return
Email us at support@equestrea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@equestrea.com within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
